Duplicate and previous publication policies

The journal publishes original manuscripts only, with the exception of:

• Works published on preprint servers. If a manuscript was previously published at a preprint server and is accepted for publication in this journal, the publication will only proceed if the preprint server refers to the IBRACON Structures and Materials Journal as the paper permanent repository. Since the regular evaluation and publication times of this journal are within good standards, the deposit of submitted paper to preprint servers are not recommended;
• Works published in conference proceedings are only acceptable if extensive and relevant improvement and information are added;
• Works published as part of an author MSc or PhD thesis are acceptable.
